Борис, Х-Мерлин: вот прошло 4е года форуму - вроде добавилась масса литературы, вроде обговорили всё по третьему кругу... между тем что было и что стало "дистанция огромного размера"(C) ... но чем больше мы узнаём тем больше вопросов у нас есть... поэтому спрошу - о чём хотелось бы узнать больше, если бы появилась книга про РЯВ или цикл статей?... - документы (совершенно секретно, перед прочтением сжечь) - повреждения - редкие фото - вахтенные журналы(про то как смыло волной пеньковый трос и чем всё кончилось) что интересует сейчас людей? конкретно...

Это самое, хотя все зависит от конкретной работы. Иногда, сухой текст документа без обработки проливает свет на многие - почему, а иногда, только анализ этих документов помогает понять ход развития событий. Фотки вообще на многие вопросы дают однозначные ответы. Лить их для пухлости-накачки объема издания - глупость, которая у нас практикуется на каждом шагу. Фотография - иллюстрация факта - для этого ее и надо приводить.

Правда "серия" это я громко сказал - пока только одну книгу видел - Деревянко - в основном о снабжении и организации манчжурской армии и устройстве разведки/контрразведки.

Очень интересная и познавательная книга, основанная на архивных источниках. По существу это опубликованная диссертация Деревянко - я так понял, - с добавлением к ней ранее публиковавшихся им же материалов по деятельности русской дальней и ближней разведки в РЯВ.
